May 12th is International ME/CFS Awareness Day, and the Manitoba ME/CFS Support Group is holding an exhibit called Artful ME/CFS Awareness Day. It is being held at the St. Norbert Arts Centre (SNAC) at 100 Rue des Ruines du Monastèr from six pm to nine pm.
At the heart of this exhibit is a sincere desire to inform and raise awareness among the general public about this complex and often misunderstood medical condition. Through artwork created on masks, we aim to give form to what is often unseen—inviting understanding, empathy, and meaningful dialogue.
